Formal commercial quotations issued by Seamless Steel Industries are valid for the timeframe stated on the written proforma/quote (typically 7 to 15 calendar days), subject to raw material market fluctuation and mill rolling schedule availability at time of purchase order confirmation.
All materials are supplied with genuine Manufacturer Test Certificates (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 Type 3.1 correlating to the heat and lot numbers stamped on the products. MTC documents are delivered with consignment dispatches.
Where client specifications necessitate third-party inspection (e.g. LRS, TUV, DNV, BV, SGS, IRS), inspection parameters, witness hold points, and inspection fees must be agreed in writing prior to PO acceptance and staging.
Dispatches are routed from our Mumbai–Thane staging facilities. Transit timelines depend on regional delivery destination and freight corridor conditions. Material packaging includes bevel end protection, weatherproofing, and standard bundling unless non-standard packing is specified.
Commercial transactions and contracts are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai–Thane, Maharashtra, India.
